Post-Breakup Meal?
I’m anticipating a breakup. While I don’t plan on being a ravaged mess afterwards, I do think a bit of culinary consolation is in order – I’ll take the balm of a good meal over a dive bar stup or Ben and Jerry’s coma. Anyone have any experiences or recs for food and/or bars?

I think a high end sushi fix would be in order. Leave yourself in the incredible hands of Mr. Yasuda and get away from it all at Sushi Yasuda…don’t miss it.

Thesuperficial.com- Kim Kardashian is apparently flipping out over Playboy.com releasing outtakes (above) from her 2007 photo shoot this week because I’m sure something like this wasn’t specifically written in the contract and agreed to in advance. They must’ve broken into her house and made her take a cut of the profits! No, not again! RadarOnline reports:
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who publicly expressed regret about doing the naked shoot, now has reacted privately about the new photos surfacing.
“Kim was really upset that the new photos were released,” a source close to Kim exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
“She freaked out that they were out there, she didn’t think that they were going to be seen again.“

Cheeseburgers Potato Skins
Grilled mini burgers, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and pickles on cheesy skins
Toppings: Grilled mini burgers, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and pickles on cheesy skins
How to Make Classic Potato Skins:
Pierce 4 large russet potatoes with a fork. Bake directly on the oven rack at 350 degrees until tender, about 1 hour. Let cool, then quarter lengthwise and scoop out the flesh, leaving a 1/4-inch shell. Brush both sides with melted butter and season with salt and pepper. Bake, skin-side up, at 450 degrees until crisp, about 15 minutes. Add your favorite team toppings. (For cheesy skins, flip the baked shells over before topping, sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese and bake an extra 5 minutes.)

BurgerBets BurgerBets BurgerBets! Its like Beatlejuice, but instead, if you say it three times you make a scillion bucks. Meanwhile, if you say LobstersClaw three times, you instantly become homeless. Yeah LC, thats right, you thought we all forgot about “Burger Ballers” last year huh? Feel free to search for “Burger Ballers” in upper right corner of tBB.com for a laugh if you did forget. Talk about a stink bomb. Stick to telling absolute smokeshows to die you dumbass.
Anyway, BurgerBets is coming off a modest, but successful, 38-32-2 premiere season on The Burger Boy. I am determined to do even better this year, so lets try to take down Vegas together… unless you went with any of LobstersClaw’s NBA picks last winter, in which case let me know which bridge you live under and I will be sure to drop a few coins in your change tin on my way home.
NCAA Picks (home team in CAPS):
Michigan (+4) @ NOTRE DAME. Ummm did anyone see Shoelace Robinson last week? He had a bazillion total yards. Maybe more than a bazillion, once I see five commas I stop counting. Has Rich Rod finally gotten the Wolverines back on track? They beat a good UConn team (big ups to the Burger Boy) last week handily. Plus, I just hate Notre Dame. Hate their guts.
ALABAMA (-12) vs. Penn State. LOCK OF THE WEEK/YEAR/MILLENNIUM. Before everyone starts hating on me for dissing the Nits, let me say Penn State has a solid team this year. But this like men versus boys in the men’s backyard. I don’t care what the number moves to, I don’t care if Mark Ingram is declared legally dead by game time, this is LOCK CITY baby. Go to the bank on the Tide. Roll Tide!
USC (-19.5) vs. Virginia. OK so the Coliseum walls are literally crumbling around the Trojans right now. I don’t think they’re allowed to wipe their butts after a burger dump without the NCAA’s permission. But seeing that these circumstances aren’t the fault of these players (until they’re all driving Escalade’s by Christmas), I think they will rally around it. Plus Lane Kiffin is going to want to run up the score in his home debut.
NFL Picks:
NEW ORLEANS (-5.5) vs Minnesota. Minnesota just got Favre back. They’re banged up. The Saints are raising the Super Bowl banner at the Superdome tomorrow night. You think that place with be loud? Since the NFL started having the SB winner host first Thursday night game, that team is 6-0 and 4-1-1 ATS. Yes please!
Indianapolis (-2) @ HOUSTON. Listen, I love the Texans team. I love Schaub, I love Andre, I love some of their guys on D, I love everything about them. But when Peyton Manning is only favored by 2, you take Peyton Manning. End of story, simple as that.

hahaha...now THAT's funny!!! Foreshadowing??
Baltimore (+2.5) @ NY JETS. Is someone messing with me? I thought I was high when I read this line the first time. Can someone explain to me why everyone thinks the Jets are so good? I like their roster and think they’ll be in the playoff mix, but they were 9-7 last year. They made the playoffs essentially because they played 2nd string teams the last two weeks of the season. I don’t consider them in the Super Bowl mix until I see their QB not suck. Looks more like a dirty Sanchez than the Sanchize to me so far. (Love Rex Ryan though!)
