CBS.com- NEW YORK (CBS) Heather Locklear was reportedly arrested over the weekend for a hit-and-run.

According to TMZ, police sources heard a crash near the North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village, Calif.

When deputies got to the area, they found a “no parking” sign knocked over and other “obvious signs” a car went up the curb,  reports the celebrity blog.
