So what do you do with all of those left overs??? I think its pretty obvious!!! What else right?….So when the fridge is stocked with fresh white turkey meat and all the fixin’s you make a turkey sambo right? WRONG. You fire up the stove or the grill with a fresh beef patty and pile on all the Thanksgiving favorites. For my creation I started with some Black Angus beef, mashed patotoes, sweet potatoes, dressing/stuffing and Grandma’s cranberry relish. Do I need to say more?
