The delectable details are what set these babies apart: Patties are made from fresh-ground, seasoned, juicy chuck. The meat-to-bun ratio is spot on (no leftover bready remnants), the buns stay sturdy to the last bite, and the layering process is fastidious (an illustrative compositional diagram decorates the menu). The fabulous Blue Burger, crowned with a heaping dollop of blue cheese sauce and bolstered by four crumbled strips of bacon, is the sharpest success and works best with the crisp sweet potato fries. Generously sized salads and well-executed chicken sandwiches made with thin, tender grilled cutlets easily sustain those not in the mood for beef.
