Burger Boy,
I know your palate resides in Manhatten, but next time you bring your taste buds up 95 or the Merritt and into the Commonwealth, be sure to swing by a hidden gem, RF O’Sullivan and Sons.
This Boston staple (actually Cambridge) does not mess around, not one little bit. Burgers take 20 minutes to prepare, and it is considered blasphemy if they are pressed. You will only be served the plumpest burger, and they prefer to serve them rare. Of course I obliged.
I decided to stray from old reliable, the Boursin Burger, and went with the special for the day, “The Bocce Ball”. This behemoth consists of:

Clarke tackling an RF O'Sullivan Monster
Juicy Sirloin Burger
Fresh Cappicola
Mozzarella Cheese
Homemade BBQ Sauce
Sauteed Peppers
Sauteed Onions
Lettuce
Dont think about taking a breather, as the fries are about half a baked potato each.
For good measure I started with a cup of chili and a few black and tans.
Lets go Huskies!
-Clarke
Clarke,
Well done and cheers to kicking the crap out of that burger. I’m curious, was it talking smack to you? You dropped a haymaker on that burger by the looks of that picture. We appreciate your enthusiasm and breakdown of this burger. I will be sure to make my way in there whenever in town. Open invitation to join me to tag team another one of their burgers!

That burger looks dank as hell… did you dominate all of the fries too? How many beers did you have, 21?
