NYMag.com-Daniel Boulud keeps threatening to go downscale, and while DBGB Kitchen and Bar might not actually fit that description, it’s the closest he’s come yet: fourteen varieties of sausage, including an all-beef “DB’s dog”; three burgers (sans foie gras); and an ice-cream-sundae cart. The beer list is staggering, the wines affordable, and the décor restaurant-supply-store-inspired. — Robin Raisfeld and Rob Patronite
Be sure to check this place out. Come prepared with your wallets and patience as the prices can be $teep and the wait long while this place is still booming.

This place looks really good, despite the fact that they only offered Skinny B a busboy job when he waited for over an hour to speak to someone. While I was there I had a good chance to soak in the atmosphere, and the place is awesome. Great food quotes all over the walls. BB – it could be a writing inspiration for you – check it out. Looking forward to eating there myself.
