NYMag.com-Daniel Boulud keeps threatening to go downscale, and while DBGB Kitchen and Bar might not actually fit that description, it’s the closest he’s come yet: fourteen varieties of sausage, including an all-beef “DB’s dog”; three burgers (sans foie gras); and an ice-cream-sundae cart.
